Minério Tecnologia da Informação Ltda., based in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, is responsible for the information processed through this website and its AI demonstrations. For questions about your data, email douglas@minerio.digital.

When you visit the website

The server receives the technical information needed to deliver pages and protect the service, including your IP address, date, browser and requested page. We do not copy complete cookie headers or access cookies from other websites. We use identifiers needed for the session and your privacy preferences, without hidden device fingerprinting.

Essential storage remembers your privacy choice and the demonstration session. Google Analytics is off by default. You can enable it through Cookie preferences in the footer. The website and agents work without analytics. Your choice is saved for up to 180 days and can be changed through the same control.

When you try the agents

When you send a question, AI processes the text to generate a response. We keep the conversation for up to 90 days to operate the demonstration, assess responses and understand the questions visitors ask. A notice beside the message field explains this before you send a message.

We record submitted messages, responses, the selected sector and language, dates, errors and usage information. These records help us review questions and correct responses. The conversation reference lets us locate a record without making its history public. English and Portuguese histories are separate; usage limits apply across both.

We may also record the entry page, referring website, campaign identifiers in the link and basic browser information. Unnecessary parameters are removed from referring addresses. This information is not provided to the agent as conversation context.

Your IP address is processed separately to prevent abuse and limit requests. Recoverable IP addresses used by the demonstration are encrypted and retained for up to seven days. The identifier used for rate limits does not grant access to your information.

The businesses in the demonstration are fictional. Do not submit documents, passwords, access keys, health information, real legal case details or other people's personal information. Filters reduce accidental exposure of recognizable personal information and credentials, but you should avoid sharing them.

When you request a callback

After you ask to hear from Minério, we request your name, company, WhatsApp number and email address. We use these details to discuss the project you described. Your request and its context are sent by email to the team handling inquiries. This request does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing campaign.

Contact form fields are kept separate from the context sent to the AI model. If you have already provided recognizable contact details in the chat, we may use them to prefill the form.

Services that process information

OpenAI processes the text needed to generate responses. Resend delivers contact request emails. Google Analytics receives navigation data only when you allow analytics. Our hosting service stores the files and records needed to operate the website.

These providers may process information in other countries under their contracts and safeguards. We configure model requests so the API does not store conversation state. This does not remove operational or security records that the provider maintains under its own terms.

Purposes and legal bases

We process messages to answer the questions you submit and evaluate the demonstration, based on our legitimate interest in presenting and improving the service. This purpose is limited to the demonstration. Records are not sold or used for individual marketing campaigns. You can request access or deletion, or object to processing, using the privacy contact above and your conversation reference.

Project inquiries are processed to take the steps you request before a possible contract. Security controls support our legitimate interest in preventing fraud and abuse. Optional visit analytics requires a separate choice in Cookie preferences. These purposes do not authorize incompatible uses of your data or the collection of unnecessary sensitive information.

How long we keep information

• Demonstration conversations and events: up to 90 days.
• Recoverable IP addresses used to protect the demonstration: up to seven days.
• Callback requests: up to 180 days, unless a continuing project discussion or an applicable retention requirement calls for longer.
• Cookie choices and analytics cookies configured by the website: up to 180 days.
• Hosting access logs: rotated daily, with up to 14 previous files retained.

Demonstration sessions expire according to the period specified by the service. Backups follow our operational retention schedule and are replaced in the regular cycle. Correspondence that leads to a project is kept according to the needs of that relationship.

Agency project inquiry forms

The separate agency partner page has a project inquiry form. It collects your name, email address, company, optional website, project type and message. These details are used to respond, prepare a scope and keep track of the project discussion. Requests are saved on our server and reviewed through our project and email tools. Authorized automated assistants may help organize inquiries and prepare or send project correspondence.

That form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to prevent automated abuse. Google processes browser and interaction data for this check and may set cookies. Its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. A temporary identifier prevents duplicate submissions. A hashed network address and request times are kept for up to one hour to limit abuse. The AI demonstration does not load reCAPTCHA.

Agency inquiry and correspondence records are retained while evaluating or carrying out the project and as needed for business records. For relevant business outreach, we may use contact details published by the business itself, record the source and send limited individual messages. If you ask us to stop commercial follow-up, we keep a minimal suppression record to honor that choice. You can reply to any commercial email to opt out.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask for information about processing, access, correction, deletion or a review of an objection under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Email douglas@minerio.digital and include your conversation reference or the contact details used, if available. We may request proportionate verification to avoid giving your information to someone else.

These records are not public. Demonstration conversations, contacts and source information are encrypted in storage. Administrative access is restricted to Minério's operations. The agent cannot access other visitors' conversations, credentials or client systems.
